Samuel A. Kamara joined the firm in 2003. Mr. Kamara practice concentration includes trial practice, federal litigation, fraud litigation and appellate practice. Mr Kamara has extensive trial experience taking many successful verdicts in no-fault matters and fraud claims. He has successfully litigated many federal court cases for our clients including but not limited to Boston Post Road et al v. Allstate Insurance Company, 03 CIV 06154 before Judge Kenneth M. Karas and Boston Post Road a/a/o Ana Artega et al v. Allstate Insurance Company, v. Allstate Insurance Company 03 CIV 3923 before Judge Richard Conway Casey. He has also been awarded many successful arbitration and appellate decisions in various jurisdictions.
Mr. Kamara currently chairs the Board of Trustees at the Woodbridge United Methodist Church in Woodbridge, New Jersey.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kamara was an Assistant District Attorney handling trials at the Richmond County District Attorney's office assigned to the General Crimes Bureau.
Samuel A. Kamara was admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York. He is also admitted in the United States District Court for the Southern District and Eastern District in New York. He received his Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School and his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
